The Space(s)

The Therapy Quarters, is a wonderful building, it has a beautiful calming and spacious feel, with well appointed and practical rooms. Other Therapists rent rooms within the building, there is four rooms to choose from, one on the ground floor and three on the first floor and we will utilise them all.

How to find us: The Therapy Quarters is off Barracks Road in Newcastle. You can see the long brick building across the dual carriage way from the Bus Station/Hogarths/The Slug and Lettuce. There is a brick arch that you drive through. 

Parking: There is usually free parking available on Unit 16 parking bay, or the disabled bay outside. (YOU DO NOT HAVE TO OWN A BLUE BADGE TO PARK HERE) or alternatively you can park in the visitors bays.  Parking is strictly at your own risk. The Therapy Quarters is not responsible for any damage that may occur during your allocated time. 

On Arrival: Please do not come too early to your appointment, as I may be in session with another client and be unable to answer. There is two door bells on the door, one is to upstairs and one downstairs, please press both, as I rent rooms on both floors. 

Access: There is a ground floor room and ramps are able to be put in place. Please let me know about any requirements you have during our introductory call. 

The Tudor House Holistic Centre has a history dating back to the 16th Century. It is a building that has a wonderful energy, traditional in its aesthetic and lovingly restored.

How to find us: Tudor House is off Eastgate Street in Stafford, there is an alley to the right of Little Mansions estate agents and you will find us the second door on the right.  There is a cut through from N Walls Street, to the right of Kennys Sports Bar, which saves you walking all the way around. 

Parking: There is parking in walking distance. If after 6pm there is sometimes Parking on Eastgate Street or behind on N Walls. You can park on Kingsmead Retail Park, they allow two hours free parking. There are many other paid parking options in the area. 

On Arrival: Please do not come too early to your appointment, as I may be in session with another client and be unable to answer. Please knock on the door close to your allotted time, or it may be that I am waiting for you at the door. Sometimes you may be greeted by another member of the team who will show you to our room Prudence. 

Access: The room is on the first floor of the building, up some stairs, it may not be suitable for everyone.
